Front cover final image

This is my final design for the front cover of the magazine. I decided to use a slightly blue/green colour to theme the magazine. I really like the way the colours make the image stand out a lot more from the masthead, I also like how the masthead is behind the models head making him stand out a lot more from the background. I also added some effects to the bubble on the left side to make it look slightly more 3D and off the page. I am fairly pleased by how my front cover has turned out.

This is my third part of my front cover and I think it is almost done. I have added all of the cover lines and put them in boxes to make the cover seem my stylish and legible. I am going to experiment with the colours of the boxes and text to make the cover a bit less boring.

This is the second version of my front cover. I have taken a new picture with eye contact with the camera and decided to make the picture black and white to make it look more appropriate to the genre of music. I also added the main cover line to the bottom of the image. I still need to add the cover lines to my cover and change the layout of the masthead.

This was my magazines front cover after our first lesson. I need to add a lot more cover lines to the cover and find a more appropriate font for the mast head, I need to make sure that the font is fitting for the genre of the magazine and also fits in with the main image. The image needs to be changed as well because looking at other examples of music magazines they all have specific eye contact with the camera, therefore I need to take a new picture of my model in a more fitting location with more eye contact with the camera.
